Cookie Policy
Last updated: 17 June 2026
This policy explains what cookies are, what types we use on nucleusmed.ro, for what purpose, and how you can manage your preferences at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. They allow the site to work correctly, remember preferences and, if you consent, generate usage statistics.
2. Strictly necessary cookies and technologies
These are essential for the site to work and cannot be disabled. We store your cookie consent choice in a local storage item named 'nm-consent', lasting about 12 months, so we don't ask for your preferences again on every visit. This information stays on your device and contains no identifying data.
3. Analytics cookies (optional)
Only with your consent, we use traffic analytics tools — Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics — to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate region) and improve it. Google Analytics may set cookies (e.g. `_ga`, `_ga_*`). This data is not used for advertising profiling. If you decline, these tools are not loaded.
4. Marketing cookies
We currently do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If we introduce such tools in the future, we will enable them only on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Managing preferences
You can change your choices at any time from the cookie banner, accessible via the 'Cookie settings' link in the site footer.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The applicable version is the one published on the site, with the date above.
