1. The operator and the service

The site is operated by NUCLEUS MED SRL, CUI 35251188, Trade Register no. J2015001915086, registered office at Str. Gării 495/A, room 1, Hărman 507085, Brașov County, Romania.

We provide private medical patient transport services, assisted (with a nurse) and non-assisted, in Brașov, nationwide and across the European Union.

2. This is not an emergency service

NucleusMED is a private, scheduled, paid service. We are not an emergency service. For medical emergencies, call 112 immediately — the free public emergency service.

3. Booking and confirmation

Requests can be sent by phone or through the forms on the site. A request becomes firm only after our confirmation of availability, price and transport details.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests may incur an urgency fee, subject to availability.

4. Prices and payment

Rates shown on the site are indicative. The final price is set based on distance, transport type and required services and is communicated to you before the service, with all fees included.

Payment is made as agreed at order confirmation. We issue an invoice for the services provided.

5. Cancellation and changes

Please notify us in good time of any cancellation or change to the booking, as early as possible, so we can reorganize the crews' schedule.

6. Client obligations

You undertake to provide accurate and complete information about the patient and the route, including health status and special needs, so the transport can be performed safely and with the right equipment.

7. Liability

We make every effort for a safe and punctual service. We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by incorrect information provided by the client, by force majeure, or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Information on the site is for presentation purposes and does not constitute medical advice. NucleusMED is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of site content without direct confirmation.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure or fortuitous events (extreme weather, traffic restrictions, unforeseen medical situations, etc.).

9. Intellectual property

The website content (text, images, logo, design elements) belongs to NUCLEUS MED SRL or is used under legal right and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the site at the time of use.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes are settled amicably or by the competent courts in Romania.

As a consumer, you may also use the ANPC mechanisms: Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) — anpc.ro, and the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
